Alison Niermann

Alison Niermann is the Founder and CEO of Tilley Workforce Solutions. Tilley is an executive search and workforce solutions firm partnering with companies nationwide to create hiring success.
Her own professional journey is backed by a 20-year track record of translating business visions into people strategies and delivering highly innovative workforce solutions. Alison has executed and implemented recruitment and HR initiatives to positively impact hiring, retention, and bottom-line results. Having worked at organizations spanning from start-ups and mid-size companies to global Fortune 500s, her career has given her an immense opportunity to lead internal recruitment teams and deliver top professionals across the nation.
Alison is also an international best-selling author, speaker, podcaster and creator of The PATH Forward to empower others to use the purpose, actions, talents to achieve success.
She sits on multiple boards to make a difference in her community. Alison and her husband have celebrated 23 years of marriage, embracing all of life’s adventures together. They are proud parents of three children and share their home with a fun-loving Goldendoodle. When not cheering on a child’s game, they enjoy travel, exercising, church involvement, and soaking in time with family and friends.

Danielle Bateman Girondo

Danielle Bateman Girondo serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Midwest BankCentre, St. Louis’ 2nd largest privately owned local bank. Danielle is a Marketing and Strategy leader versed at working with organizations at transition points and helping them scale for growth. She is accomplished at developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies through a data-driven mindset. Her prior industry experience includes investment banking in the oil and gas sector, private wealth management, casinos and hard-discount grocery.
Danielle obtained her MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in marketing, strategy, and entrepreneurship. She received her BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis, magna cum laude, with majors in finance and accounting.
Danielle is celebrating her 10-year anniversary this year and has a son (9) and daughter (6). She enjoys golfing, reading, skiing and spending time at the lake and family farm.

Manisha Sheode

Manisha Sheode serves as the Executive Director of Technology & Operations for Global Marketing at Reinsurance Group of America (RGA). RGA is the only fortune 500 company in the world that exclusively focuses on life and health related re-insurance solutions with presence across 6 continents and 100+ countries. RGA has approximately $3.4 trillion of life reinsurance in force, assets of $84.9 billion and a singular purpose to make financial protection accessible to all.
Most recently, Manisha joined the Marketing Leadership Team at RGA and is involved with a variety of exciting projects such as brand refresh initiative, MarTech transformation and regional marketing enablement. She has spent last 24 years of her career focusing on product technology, customer advocacy, people leadership & enablement. She has contributed across Health Care, Crop Science and finance industries largely in the innovation space.
Manisha grew up in Pune, India where she obtained her Engineering degree and started her technology career. In 2000 she moved to the United States and has been a St. Louis resident since 2002. She obtained her Master’s in Computer Science at University of Missouri, St. Louis and has worked at several local corporations including BJC HealthCare, Bayer Crop Science and now at Reinsurance Group of America.
Manisha has a deep passion for developing emerging talent and gives back through volunteering with Arch Grants, Venture For America, St. Louis TECHLX program as well as various outreach initiatives supported through RGA.
Manisha and her husband has two boys Yash (17) and Arjun (12) and a beloved dog, Leo (4). She enjoys hiking, traveling, hosting events for friends and family and most of all watching her boys play sports.

Shalia Ford
Director, Leadership Programs

Shalia Ford is an architect and curator of transformational experiences. She leverages her gifts to inspire others to discover and pursue their unique calling by equipping individuals to lead where they live, learn, work, play, and worship. With a heart for women and girls, she creates brave spaces for authentic connection, building community while cultivating confidence. A nonprofit leader with over twenty years of experience, Shalia has held leadership roles with the YWCA Metro St. Louis and the NAACP National Office. She is the director of leadership programs at FOCUS St. Louis and is a principal with GSI Consulting, LLC.
Shalia is a lifelong learner committed to becoming the best version of herself. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in African-American Studies.
In her most recent endeavor, Shalia became an International best-selling author for the anthology INTENTION: The Deconstructing G.R.I.T. Collection. In her chapter, I Choose Me, she shares a glimpse into her journey from trauma to triumph. She hopes her story will inspire others to remember that your past doesn’t define you, who you are becoming is the lesson and joy in the journey, and that you have the power of choice, so choose yourself.
Shalia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, shoe shopping, and traveling. She resides in St. Louis County, MO, with her husband, the Rev. Gill Ford, and their son, Isaac.
